How this is calculated
Weekly admin pool = team size × admin hours per person. Each checked workflow claims its benchmark share of that pool, and we apply its published automation range to those hours.
Conservative mode multiplies every range by 0.75; ambitious uses benchmarks as published. No workflow is ever modeled past 85% automation. Dollar value = hours × your loaded hourly cost, annualized over 48 working weeks, not 52.
Payback divides the assessment fee by your weekly savings range. Both are shown in CAD — the fee is converted from its US$7,500 list price at an approximate ~1.37 rate, so treat payback as directional framing, not an invoice.
