Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 4, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who accesses the ReadyIQ platform at readyiq.ai (the "Service"), including its AI tools, API endpoints, vault, and marketplace. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Illegal and Harmful Content

You may not use the Service to create, store, or share:

  • Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Malware, phishing content, or material intended to deceive or defraud
  • Content that sexually exploits or endangers minors, in any form
  • Material that promotes violence, self-harm, or harassment of individuals or groups

2. Misuse of AI Tools

Our prompt, analysis, and generation tools call third-party AI model providers. You agree not to:

  • Use the tools to generate content designed to mislead, impersonate, or defraud
  • Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or exfiltrate a model provider's system prompts or weights
  • Use automated scripts to send high-volume requests that circumvent published rate limits
  • Use the tools to generate content that violates a model provider's own usage policies

3. No Scraping or Unauthorized Resale

  • Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data from the Service without our prior written consent
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute Service access, API keys, or output at scale without an agreement with us
  • Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, quotas, or entitlement checks

4. Platform Integrity

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems other than your own
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service, its APIs, or its infrastructure
  • Respect published rate limits — repeated or automated circumvention is grounds for suspension
  • Do not use the Service to test, probe, or attack systems you do not own or have permission to test (see our Security page for authorized vulnerability research)

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and take action, including content removal, rate limiting, or account suspension or termination, at our discretion and without advance notice where necessary to protect the Service or other users.
